Returns & Exchanges

Hey, we get it - sometimes you change your mind or pick the wrong size. But don't worry, we've got your back! You have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to send back your items for a refund. And if you need a different size instead, you've got 30 days to exchange it. So go ahead and try on the items without any worries - we're here to make sure you're happy with your purchase!

EXCHANGE

We totally understand that sometimes you need to switch things up! If you want to make an exchange, no problemo! Just keep in mind that you'll need to cover the shipping costs to send the item back to us and for us to send the new exchanged item to you.

Once we process your exchange, we'll send you an invoice for the return shipping cost. And just a heads up - we can only offer one exchange per order, and we won't be able to refund any postage costs if you return the product to us.

If you wanna make sure you get your hands on that new item, we recommend processing and shipping your return to us ASAP. If we don't have the item you want in stock, we'll contact you directly to figure out a plan.

REFUND

Now, if you want a refund, no sweat! Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. We'll refund your returned items (excluding the original cost of shipping) back to the original payment method you used to place the order.

Simply email us at hey@frothcollection.com.au with your order number and we will be happy to organise an exchange/refund.  Processing time from when we receive your exchange/refund item is generally 3-5 days.
